All Star Cheer Teams will compete on a full-year cycle, at both sanctioned USASF events and other top-quality events. All Star members will have anywhere from two to four required classes per week depending on team placement. We have teams for ages 4+ on all levels, including beginner teams for teens. Currently HCDG has All Star athletes training Level 6 elite tumbling skills.
