Premier teams offer an elevated competitive experience for dedicated dancers who are ready to immerse themselves in elite training and artistic exploration. With a commitment of three practice days per week, these athletes engage in a rigorous curriculum that includes choreography, ballet, turns and leaps, conditioning, and acrobatics. Dancers have the unique opportunity to audition for a wide variety of additional styles—such as hip hop, musical theater, contemporary, and jazz line—while also having the chance to apply for solos, duos, or trios. Under the guidance of the HCDG Team Directors, members participate in four competitions per season at either the intermediate or elite level, ensuring every performer is challenged to reach their highest potential in a professional and high-energy environment.
