HCDG offers competitive programs to both boys and girls with state-of-the-art training equipment, and all of our competitive coaches are USA Gymnastics certified. We offer a full tumbling program to supplement our gymnasts’ training.
All gymnasts will be professionally instructed on all of the Olympic events. Students will be individually challenged and progress at their own pace. Competitive gymnasts at HCDG enjoy small training groups, individualized training plans, and significant one-on-one instruction in a supportive and positive environment.
