Gymnastics at Hillsborough Cheer, Dance & Gymnastics

At Hillsborough Cheer, Dance & Gymnastics, our gymnastics program is designed for athletes of all ages and skill levels — from beginners just finding their footing to advanced gymnasts looking to take their skills to the next level. Our experienced coaches are dedicated to building strength, flexibility, confidence, and a love for the sport in a fun and supportive environment. Whether your child is tumbling for the first time or perfecting their routines, we’re here to help them shine!

Copper

COPPER TEAM

Our Copper Team is a great starting point for gymnasts beginning their competitive journey! Copper athletes compete at AAU meets, practice twice a week, and participate in two Spring meets as well as HCDG’s end of year Showcase. It’s the perfect way to build skills and get a taste of competition!

Bronze

BRONZE TEAM

The Bronze Team is perfect for gymnasts who are ready to grow and challenge themselves in a competitive setting! Bronze athletes compete at AAU meets, practice twice a week, and take part in two Spring meets along with HCDG’s end of year Showcase. A great step forward in their gymnastics journey!

Silver

SILVER TEAM

The Silver Team is for gymnasts who are ready to take things up a notch! Silver athletes compete at AAU meets, practice three times a week, and participate in three Spring meets as well as HCDG’s end of year Showcase. Silver gymnasts will also have at-home conditioning requirements on off weeks along with regular stretching requirements to help them continue developing their skills.

Gold, Platinum, Diamond

GOLD / PLATINUM / DIAMOND TEAMS

Our Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Teams represent the highest level of competition at HCDG! These dedicated athletes compete at USAG meets, practice four times a week, and participate in four Spring meets as well as HCDG’s end of year Showcase. At-home conditioning on off weeks and regular stretching requirements are also part of the commitment at this level.
