HCDG offers both recreational and competitive programs with state-of-the-art training equipment. We offer a full tumbling program to supplement our gymnasts’ training. All gymnasts will be professionally instructed on all of the Olympic events. Students will be individually challenged and progress at their own pace. Competitive gymnasts at HCDG enjoy small training groups, individualized training plans, and significant one on one instruction in a supportive and positive environment.

HCDG offers recreational gymnastics programs for all ages, including beginners. Students will be individually challenged and progressed at their own pace. Areas of concentration will be personalized according to each child’s needs.

HCDG offers a Competitive Gymnastics Program offering both Xcel levels and JO levels. We offer small training groups, flexible training times, and all of our competitive coaches are USA Gymnastics certified. We also offer pre-teams to help develops the next group of HCDG competitive gymnasts!
